One of the specific programs that my sales team and I benefited from, was the DISC Personality Profiling program. The program teaches sales people how to quickly identify common consumer personality types and adjust our processes and behaviors to match the consumer buying habits and motives. This ultimately improved our sales abilities, increased our sales closure rate, and led to giving the consumer a higher level of customer service experience. Dan suggests it will improve sales closure rate by 30%, and on reflection I would say that is probably accurate. My whole sales team took the program in various stages and was highly motivated from the learning.
