Initial Consultation

A senior team member with a minimum PHD or MBA business acumen will join your executive team for an open conversation about your business and the type of challenges you are facing. Aware of your needs, we will provide you with a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement to legally protect your confidential and proprietary information.

Business Assessment

With minimal interruption, we will integrate our team into your business and review your systems, processes, and team behaviours for areas of opportunity and strategic alignment. Upon completion we will then develop and provide you with an in-depth complimentary assessment of your business. It will include specific recommended actions directly linked to performance metrics and a fee to engage our implementation support if you so choose.

Implementation

Your improvement recommendations could be as simple as infusing a few days of individual coaching into your business, or development of key subject matter for your executive team. We can devise a workshop-based training session specific to addressing your performance gaps. Our consultants are also expert coaches. We understand that engineering behavioral change is about connecting with your people and organically developing change from within rather than imposing it.

If your business solutions require something more robust, we are equipped to assist you; whether you require direct assistance with on-site process implementation and change management issues, guidance through your digitalization transformation, or strategic assistance to formulate criteria and assist you in locating a merger and acquisition target.
